Wilderness Meets The Streets

Emerging from the wilderness and meeting in the streets, 13 to 1 has blended their sources of inspiration to begin a journey across a metal landscape, describing the love or the loss therof they have witnessed. Each has scratched a living from the city and found it lacking, and have turned their collective conciousness towards a final empowered answer to this life's question: How do we live? Experience the expression of this with a band that's live the transition first hand.

Thier forthcoming album has what you'd expect from a local Seattle metal band and more. Jeb's powerful rock voice and carefully crafted lyrics carry the album, blending with the crunchy tones of Patrick MacKinnon's guitar rig. Cortez' drumming is reminiscent of his youthful playing in and around Seattle's grunge scene in the 90's. Rounding out the quartet is some hard hitting classic rock bass from former lead vocalist and bassist of the 'Leaders Of Cheer', James.
